QBHOME Paint & Sip Studio Cancellation/Refund Policy.
All reservations made via phone, online or in studio are non-refundable. In addition, we require a 48 hour notice for cancellation of any reservation. At the time of the cancellation, a new reservation can be made, or a store credit may be issued. Please contact our office for details.
Gift certificates are non-refundable, and may not be redeemed for any cash value.
This is a live entertainment event. The QBHOME Paint & Sip Studio Cancellation/Refund policy is non-negotiable. We understand that last minute emergencies and unforeseen events happen, but due to the nature of this event, the Cancellation/Refund policy will be applied without exception.
We ask that you contact us at least 48 hours in advance if you must cancel your reservation. A studio credit will be given for individuals canceling with at least a 48 hour notice. Cancellation/Refund requests less than 48 hours or "NO SHOWS" will not be issued store credit or refund. No exceptions.
Please check traffic and road conditions prior to your scheduled event in order to ensure timely arrival.
If you are twenty (20) minutes or more late to the class, you may not be allowed to paint and your payment will be forfeited. Please leave a voice message if calling after hours, 901-451-8033.
QBHOME Paint & Sip Studio reserves the right to cancel classes for unforeseen circumstances. Registrants will be notified at least 24 hours prior to class time and refunds will be processed.
